Registration Fees
Tackle	$240.00
Cheer *	$155.00
Flag / Mascot *	$125.00

Mascots are 5 and 6 year old cheerleaders.

* Cheer/Mascot registration fee does not include use of a cheer uniform. Cheerleaders/Mascots will be required to purchase their uniforms at a cost of approximately $300.00.

Any child being registered for tackle football must be present at the time of registration to be weighed.

A utility bill less than 30 days old is required at the time of sign-ups as proof of residency. You do not have to live within the city limits of Anaheim to play for Anaheim Pop Warner.

The original Birth Certificate and a photo copy of the original Birth Certificate are required at the time of sign-ups as proof of age.

At least a 50% deposit is required at the time of registration with the balance due at, or before, helmet issue for tackle football or prior to the first practice for flag and cheer.

Cash, Money Order, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Debit cards will be accepted for payment.

CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

Early Registration Discount:
Sign up at one of the first three sign-ups, and you will receive a $15.00 discount for each child registered.

Multiple Family Member Discount:
First family member pays full price each additional immediate family member receives a $10.00 discount.

Discounts can be combined for an even greater savings.
